Theatre Communications Group (www.tcg.org) is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to providing information and nurturing professional theatre. Books and ScriptsThe Drama Book Shop and Applause have long been two of the country’s best known places to obtain publications and information about theatre resources. NEW PLAYSMany theatres have new play festivals, prizes, or development programs, which you can find out more about by visiting the theatres’ websites. Two of the most established are The Eugene O’Neill Playwrights Conference at the O’Neill Theatre Center in Waterford, CT and The Humana Festival at Actor’s Theatre of Louisville.
